As companies adopt AI at scale, they need new ways to automate privacy and manage risk without slowing innovation. As Senior Manager, Customer Success , you'll lead and develop a team of CSMs helping DataGrail's customers operationalize privacy at scale. This is a player-coach role: you'll partner directly with customers, coach CSMs in real time, and own the team's renewal performance while building the culture that enables Customer Success to scale with the business. DataGrail has launched the first agentic privacy platform and is entering a pivotal phase of growth. The work you do here will directly shape how Customer Success evolves as we scale. This is an opportunity for a leader who loves developing people, thrives in complex and fast-changing environments, and wants to help define a category that is increasingly critical to how modern companies operate. As the technical lead for onboarding and implementation, you'll partner closely with customers to design integrations, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver scalable solutions across APIs, AI MCPs, databases, and data systems. You'll guide customers through implementation best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and help them realize value quickly and confidently. You'll also serve as a trusted technical advisor, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve the customer experience and help scale technical delivery across the platform. You'll work directly in customer sites to ensure banners, trackers, and consent logic function correctly across a wide range of architectures. You'll partner closely with Customer Success to support post-sale implementations, stepping in on technical escalations to diagnose issues, guide customers, and ensure compliant deployments. A core part of your role will be debugging live implementations and translating complex technical behavior into clear, actionable guidance.
