As we scale rapidly across the globe, we're seeking an experienced, impact-driven Senior Organizational Development Architect. This team takes on the highest-impact, hardest People challenges - the ones that directly affect how fast the company can grow, how well teams perform, and how leaders scale. These aren't routine programs. They're complex, company-wide efforts that need fresh thinking, tight execution, and real adoption - from defining the problem to aligning executives to making change stick across thousands of employees. You will start by building a global strategy and solutions to uplevel our global interviewer capability, and help us drive hiring excellence. This role reports to the Head of Organizational Development, under our broader Talent Management org. The Impact You'll Have - Anchor Mission: Interviewer Enablement & Certification: You will own the global roadmap for how we certify and enable "Brickster" interviewers. You will design the certification approach, build multi-persona enablement assets, and create the tracking and feedback loops that ensure our hiring bar remains elite as we scale. - Strategic Partnership: You will act as a consultative "architect" for our senior leaders and People Partners, moving beyond program management to diagnosis our hardest problems and designing org-wide solutions at scale. - Career Framework Architecture:
