Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Product Training Intern to help our users and team members master our platforms. You will be responsible for the end-to-end training lifecycle: from drafting technical manuals and designing visual aids to leading live training sessions. The goal of this role is to bridge the gap between complex product features and user understanding, ensuring that every stakeholder feels confident using our products. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Develop high-quality training materials, including slide decks, user manuals, "How-To" guides, and video tutorials. Curriculum Design: Assist in structuring training modules that are easy to follow, logically sequenced, and tailored to different audience levels (e.g., beginners vs. power users). Training Delivery (Online): Conduct live webinars and virtual training sessions via platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Training Delivery (Face-to-Face): Facilitate in-person workshops or classroom-style training sessions, managing group dynamics and hands-on activities. Visual Storytelling: Use design tools to create engaging infographics and visual aids that simplify complex product workflows. Feedback & Assessment: Create quizzes or surveys
