About the Role Dandy is seeking an experienced Director / Senior Director of Tax who will play a critical role in building and scaling the company's global tax function during a period of rapid international expansion. This role will own and drive Dandy's worldwide tax strategy across indirect tax, corporate income tax, transfer pricing, international structuring, and global compliance as the company continues to expand its international footprint. You'll be joining at a highly strategic moment as Dandy scales cross-border operations, launches in new international markets, and builds the infrastructure required to support a future public company. This role will serve as both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator - partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and external advisors to design scalable tax structures while also executing against the operational realities of a fast-growing global business.
