The Director of International Tax is responsible for managing the Company's global tax strategy, compliance, and provision processes related to international operations. This role partners closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and regional business teams to ensure technical accuracy, audit readiness, and alignment with evolving global tax regulations. The Director will provide leadership across transfer pricing, GILTI, FDII, Pillar Two (GloBE), withholding taxes, and foreign tax credit planning, while supporting M&A activity and global business initiatives.
