Management, Koordination und Abwicklung der Logistik von klinischen Prüfpräparaten (IMPs), Zwischenprodukten, Fertigarzneimitteln und Labormustern Erstellung von Versand- und Zolldokumenten sowie Durchführung internationaler Versandabwicklungen (EU & Non-EU) Sicherstellung der Einhaltung länderspezifischer Importregularien und Kühlkettenanforderungen Bereitstellung und Kontrolle versandrelevanter Materialien und Dokumente Terminplanung sowie Abstimmung mit Sponsoren, Kurierdiensten und weiteren Partnern Durchführung von Retourenabwicklungen sowie Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Beanstandungen Pflege von Daten, Dokumenten und Lagerbeständen in Systemen wie SAP ERP, ICSM und MS Office Sich
