Vice President | HRIS & People Systems Cleveland, OH, United States #LI-CG1 #LI-Hybrid Role Overview The Vice President, People Systems & HRIS is a senior HR leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the strategy, governance, and continuous evolution of the company's enterprise people systems. Sitting within Human Resources, this role serves as the product owner of the HR systems ecosystem, with end-to-end accountability for how systems are designed, configured, and optimized to enable business performance, workforce strategy, and an exceptional team member experience. This leader will bring deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and HR process design, translating business needs into scalable, integrated system solutions. The role partners closely with Technology and Finance to ensure strong architecture, integration, and data integrity, while retaining clear accountability within HR for driving system improvements and results. The Vice President will build and lead a high-performing team, establish disciplined governance, and drive a multi-year roadmap that advances automation, AI-enabled capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiency across the enterprise. Essential Functions and Primary Duties Enterprise HRIS Strategy, Product Ownership & Roadmap Define and lead execution of a multi-year roadmap for Oracle Fusion HCM and the broader people systems ecosystem, aligned to enterprise growth and talent strategy. Serve as the HR product owner for all people systems, translating business priorities into system design, configuration, and enhancements Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring HR processes are effectively enabled through scalable, intuitive systems. Establish and lead an enterprise HRIS governance model, including intake, prioritization, service levels, and roadmap
