Temporary Talent Acquistion Partner Newark, NJ, United States A Day in the Life The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in driving talent strategy and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes. This position supports fast-paced, high-volume recruiting initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This strategic recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment while developing proactive sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines. Success in this role requires the ability to balance speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment across a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment. Lead hiring events and job fairs to help drive candidate flow and meet aggressive hiring targets. Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience while promoting the organization's culture, career opportunities, and value proposition. Maintain accurate requisition activity and candidate information within the applicant tracking system. Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support while ensuring compliance with hiring processes and policies. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or operational hiring environment. Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives. Experience running job fairs, hiring events, or large-scale recruiting campaigns. Strong ability to manage competing priorities and high requisition volume while maintaining quality of hire. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. Experience working in a digital recruiting environment or applicant tracking system. What You'll Get Starting salary: $70,000 annually, unless otherwise required by applicable state or local laws.
