Essential Functions and Primary Duties Partner with service line professionals and IT to identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize processes leveraging offshore resources, automation, process reengineering and advanced workflow technologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Collaborate service line business and business transformation leaders to develop a comprehensive roadmap, identifying, prioritizing, defining, and delivering innovative solutions that provide the greatest business impact for our firm. Collaborate with our Business Intelligence & AI teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to empower teams with actionable insights that enhance strategic decision making. Gather, document, and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements that align with project objectives and enable scalable transformation solutions.
