RESPONSIBILITIES Identify the regulatory training and certification needs for each of the plant's positions in accordance with the applicable regulations set forth in the Quality Manual. Manage the Training Coordinators for each CS Value Stream, and provide guidance to design, develop, coordinate and carry out all training programs to ensure standardization and the effectiveness of the process. Actively participate during the onboarding process of new employees and provide the regulatory training that must be delivered during the induction process. Select the most effective and appropriate training methods or activities for adult learning (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, classroom classes, etc.).
