What You'll Do: The Fleet Services Automotive Technician is the second level within the Hertz Corporation for our maintenance team. In this role you will be performing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspection. Knowledge: Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools Additional Notes: Must have tools to perform necessary repairs Must have a Valid Driver's License What We're Looking For: 1 years experience in automotive repairs High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations Ability to influence Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems Ability to build and lead a diverse, high-performing, results-oriented, and highly engaged team.
