Overview The Product Execution Manager leads new style development and oversees production execution through shipment at the assigned factory in Quang Ngai, Central Vietnam. The role includes new product introductions, production transfers for existing styles, commercialization, and production compliance for a monthly volume of 1.5 million pairs. The Product Execution Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring all production is commercialized and shipped on time. What You'll Do NPI (New Product Introduction). PE manager works closely with product teams in USA and Italy to develop new styles until their final confirmation stage. During this phase, he includes manufacturability and costing constraints in a spirit of design for manufacturing, including work floor return from experience. Commercialization and Production Trial. The PE Manager drives and maintains Crocs' established practices for full-size validation and factory production trial runs. Daily Production Review.
