Overview The Production Execution Manager of HEYDUDE is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end footwear development process-from initial brief, CAD, and TechPack stages through prototyping, size fit confirmation, and final product readiness-ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality samples and production readiness. They collaborate cross-functionally with the Asia Jinjiang office, US teams, and factories to align with HEYDUDE's GTM calendar and RSACI guidelines, serving as a business and technical resource to the Senior Product Engineer within the product execution department, while fostering transatlantic co-ownership of projects and proactively addressing quality, manufacturing, and capacity concerns.
