Overview The Director - Accessories and Personalization Sourcing, for Crocs Shenzhen is responsible for leading the Sourcing function for growing Accessories and Personalization category. Reporting to the GVP, Supply Chain, this role sits within the Global Product Supply Team. This role supports the company's sourcing strategic alignment and Asia supplier network management through product development, commercialization, process innovation, supplier capability growth, operational excellence and operational scalability collaborating closely with US Product Development team.
