Director, Indirect Procurement This role is a hybrid position Some roles require an office while others may be done remotely. This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Boston or Santa Barbara office and should expect to be in office 2 to 3 days per week in order to collaborate with partners and key stakeholders. This role will lead and develop a global Indirect Procurement organization. The Director of Indirect Procurement reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Business Services and will be critical in optimizing our substantial corporate spend ($200M+) to ensure operational efficiency and fuel Sonos's continued global growth and innovation. The Director of Indirect Procurement will be responsible for leading Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Relationship Management for all corporate indirect spend, including critical areas like Go-to-Market, IT, Facilities, HR (People), Legal, and Finance. The Indirect Procurement team manages and optimizes a supplier base of hundreds of external vendors.
