Overview The Wholesale Demand Planner for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for developing, managing, and aligning the mid-to-long-term demand plan for assigned key accounts or channels, ensuring profitable growth and optimal inventory levels. Reporting to the Director of Wholesale Demand Planning, this role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to align on the Open-to-Buy (OTB) plan, optimize Weeks of Supply (WOS), and drive execution of sales and marketing strategies. What You'll Do Own and manage the demand plan for assigned accounts/channels, aligning with commercial objectives and adapting to market shifts. Monitor pre-orders and in-season sales performance, adjusting forecasts and inventory strategies accordingly. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Merchandising to develop accurate forecasts and ensure alignment on OTB decisions.
