Overview The Account Coordinator for Crocs is responsible for managing order processing, coordinates with Commercial team, supply chain partners, and supports timely delivery to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales goals. This operations role focuses on cross-team collaboration, cost efficiency, and a customer-centric approach. What You'll Do Drive continuous improvement in customer fulfillment systems and processes Manage customer order processes and address related issues Maintain clean order book and adhere to Order Efficiency Framework standards Ensure accurate data management and reporting. Identify and recommend improvements in fulfillment systems. Communicate and comply with all quality, safety, and compliance standards. Build strong customer relationships and improve service quality. What You'll Bring to the Table BS or BA in supply chain management, logistics, business administration Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related function and at least one year of customer service experience Background k
