The Role We're looking for a strategic, credible, and highly execution-oriented Head of Global Talent Acquisition to build and scale Cresta's global hiring engine. This leader will own talent acquisition strategy and outcomes across Technical, GTM, G&A, Executive, and Early Career hiring, while partnering closely with executive leadership and the Head of People. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and knows how to balance speed, quality, efficiency, and long-term talent outcomes, and who is comfortable setting strategy while staying close to execution when needed.
