Auto Machine Line Operator (3rd Shift) 571 Independence Ave, Mechanicsburg PA Position Summary Crescent Machine Operator is responsible to perform machine operation duties committed to meeting all our customer's need, and people's needs. Ensuring he operators as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 P's: Purpose Process People While building on our culture of: Doing it Right Doing it Safe Doing it Well Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safety Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook - Doing it Safe Ensure a safe work environment is maintained Engage in the Safety Observation process Ensure a preventive maintenance tasks are completed one time and correctly Ensure all equipment is operating safely Ensure all line work and machine tasks are being completed in a safe manner Ensure a clean and organized workspace, and hold themselves to a high standard and lives the “leave work areas better than found them”. Continually seek out and remove forms of risk created by our equipment and equipment setup People Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting capabilities Be a leader in training for all other personnel at Crescent who will interact and or operate with equipment. Recognize to ensure each person feels appreciated for the value they provide Lead people to encourage maximum performance and dedication Productivity Perform tasks associated with setup and preventative maintenance of the equipment Ensure all line setup are done correctly, safely and on time Look for and create Continuous improvement ideas Provide a first level of troubleshooting and machine diagnostic when equipment is not performing
