payment partnerships bengaluru what will you do? - act as the primary business point of contact for banking and payment partners across multiple lines of Business. track partner commitments, deliverables, and ongoing initiatives. - support onboarding and management of banks, payment gateways, processors, and networks. coordinate partner readiness for new payment products, payment rails, and business initiatives. - orchestrate documentation, commercial setup, account opening, compliance requirements, and operational readiness. enable new payment capabilities and partner integrations. - drive timely execution of partner-led campaigns, payment promotions, incentive programs, and commercial initiatives. ensure go-lives and outcomes land as planned. - collaborate with Business, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Engineering to drive partner-related initiatives & structured project tracking for launches, migrations, payment optimizations, and strategic programs for launches, migrations, and payment optimizations. Identify and unblock risks, blockers, and dependencies early. - collaborate with internal teams to monitor payment performance, partner SLAs, and operational metrics impacting business outcomes; proactively surface and drive optimization opportunities. - own operational governance of partner commercials across banks, payment gateways, and networks.vValidate payment costs, commercial structures, incentives, and billing accuracy with Analytics, Finance, and Reconciliation. manage updates to commercial terms across systems and resolve configuration or commercial mismatches with Engineering and Operations. - support annual audits, facility renewals, compliance reviews, and partner governance. Maintain high-quality documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. you should apply if you: - possess 3-6 years of experience in payments businesses within fintechs, banks, or PAs - have demonstrated success in managing external stakeholders
