About this role

Analyst, CorporateTreasury Chandigarh, India The Analyst, Treasury position is responsible for administering all aspects of the Corporate Credit Card Program. This includes processing requests for purchasing and travel & expense (T&E) cards, managing spending limits, and reconciling card expense exceptions and issues. The role serves as a subject matter expert on corporate card usage across Oceaneering and partners with card-issuing banks to identify and implement innovative card programs and solutions. In addition, this position supports global treasury operations and contributes to ongoing process improvements and technology enhancements • Manage the organization's corporate purchasing and travel & entertainment (T&E) card programs, including issuance, modifications, cancellations, records retention, compliance reviews, and customer service (credit limit changes, policy interpretation, exception processing, etc.). • Provide excellent customer service to cardholders regarding their requests and accounting needs. • Conduct thorough reviews of employee corporate and purchasing card transactions, analyze spending trends, and consult with employees to generate detailed spending pattern reports. • Develop and implement card campaigns to identify internal purchasers who can adopt P-Cards or T&E cards for procurement or travel needs. • Work to minimize company risk and exposure to fraud. • Act as a liaison between the bank and Oceaneering to resolve issues. • Coordinate development, enhancements, and system configuration activities with PeopleSoft ERP and IT. • Provide cardholder training and assist in developing training materials and conducting employee training sessions. • Support cardholders by addressing questions and concerns related to corporate and purchasing card transactions and policies. • Identify, propose, and
