This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang's growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Position: Senior HRBP Specialist What You Will Do: - Partner with business leaders to develop and implement business people strategies; support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness based on business understanding. - Provide coaching, direction and counsel to people managers and business leaders as well as all levels of employees to proactively anticipate, prevent and resolve people issues. - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People team, developing solutions as needed. - Deep dive into data and visualize, to provide insightful information to related stakeholders
