Acquisition, Growth, Retention 전 영역에 걸친 풀 퍼널 데이터를 활용하여 운영상의 문제를 진단하고, 벤더 경쟁력과 서비스 품질을 지속적으로 고도화합니다. 계약 구조, 프로모션, 운영 표준을 개선하며 비즈니스 임팩트를 만들어 나갑니다. 영업, 어카운트 매니저, 데이터, 재무, 법무 등 다양한 이해관계자와의 긴밀한 협업을 통해 실행력 있는 운영 체계를 구축합니다. 업무 내용 - Acquisition, Growth, Retention등 Full funnel 데이터를 원하는 형태로 가공하고 지역/시간대/벤더별 분석을 통한 문제 진단 - Vendor 확보 및 성장과 퍼포먼스 향상을 위한 3PL Vendor 운영 정책 수립 및 개선 - 문제해결을 위한 계약 조항 갱신 및 프로모션 프로그램 기획 • Vendor 퀄리티 관리를 위한 운영 SOP 수립 - Sales, Account manager등 Vendor 관리 운영 부서와 원활한 프로그램 운영을 위한 커뮤니케이션 담당 자격 요건 - 5년 이상 전략, 3PL 계약 운영기획, 사업기획 운영 관련 경력 보유한 분 - 운영 데이터를 기반으로 문제를 정의하고 원인을 구조화할 수 있는 역량 보유한 분 - 중급 이상 SQL 기술을 가지고 있으며 원하는 형태로 데이터를
