Role Overview: This role ensures accurate payroll and benefits administration, compliance with Taiwan labor laws, and efficient HR operations. Key responsibilities include managing monthly payroll, labor and health insurance processes, employee data, and HR systems. The position also conducts compliance audits, liaises with government agencies, and provides HR reporting and analysis. Strong expertise in Taiwan labor regulations, attention to detail, and experience with HR systems
