Key responsibilities include managing monthly payroll, labor and health insurance processes, employee data, and HR systems. The position also conducts compliance audits, liaises with government agencies, and provides HR reporting and analysis. Strong expertise in Taiwan labor regulations, attention to detail, and experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) are essential. What You Will Do: - Payroll and Benefits Administration: - Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, reconciliation, and disbursement, ensuring accuracy. - Manage the enrollment and termination processes for Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance. - Administer group insurance, including monthly claims, enrollment/termination, and assistance with claims processing. - Input and calculate special bonuses (e.g., performance bonuses, profit sharing). - Handle special or unusual
