Position: Senior Capacity Planning Manager (Last Mile Management) Role Overview The Senior Capacity Planning Manager role plays a strategic part in establishing KPIs, forecasting logistics capacity, integrating sales forecasts into planning, analyzing driver performance, and developing workforce planning tools to optimize last mile and middle mile operations.
