This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang's growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Position : Principal, Program Management (Logistics Operation Center) What will you do? - End-to-End Program Leadership: Own the portfolio across first-, middle-, and last-mile. Define scope, OKRs, workstreams, and success metrics; lead planning, execution, launch, and stabilization. - KR-to-TW Transition & Expansion: Lead a structured handover of existing TW last-mile reports from the KR team; design unified reporting that brings first-, middle-, and last-mile into a single end-to-end visibility framework. - Operational Excellence & PDD Improvement: Partner with LOC specialists, hub managers, linehaul, sortation, and TW logistics leadership to prioritize defects, remove bottlenecks, and deliver measurable gains. - Insight-to-Action Mechanisms: Build robust dashboards and operational reporting (Tableau/Power BI) to surface issues fast; convert analytics into clear decisions, owners, timelines, and SOP changes. - Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Align on problem statements with
