Principal, Account Management Taipei, Taiwan Key Responsibilities - Strategic Growth Management : Partner with large sellers to increase selection and exposure on the platform, which in turn will drive customer reviews and long-term repeat purchase rates. - Visibility & Exposure Optimization : Advise sellers on utilizing platform-driven exposure tools to feature products in high-traffic areas such as the site homepage, daily deal sections, and specialized category pages. - Data-Driven Pricing Strategy : Leverage internal marketplace data to recommend optimized pricing levels that are predicted to drive maximum sales volume and improve eligibility for premium site placement. - Portfolio Health & Eligibility : Monitor seller performance to ensure products meet essential benchmarks, such as maintaining specific recent sales volumes and stock levels required for promotional eligibility. - Logistics & Fulfillment Advisory : Guide sellers on shipping standards, including the implementation of free shipping models which are preferred by customers and often serve as a prerequisite for enhanced platform exposure. Required Qualifications & Skills - Marketplace Expertise : Extensive experience in eCommerce account management, with a proven track record of scaling high-volume seller accounts. - Algorithmic Proficiency : Deep understanding of how personalized discovery algorithms and internal marketplace logic dictate product visibility to potential buyers. - Operational Agility : Ability to manage complex promotional lifecycles, from initial selection and condition setting to real-time performance tracking and post-promotion analysis. - Analytical Mindset : Strong ability to evaluate business performance based on price competitiveness, fulfillment speed, and inventory health. - Stakeholder Communication : Excellent
