What You Will Do - Facility Management: Oversee office spaces, facilities, equipment, inventory control, and procurement. - Employee Welfare: Optimize welfare programs, including benefits, allowances, meals, and shuttle services. - Operational Efficiency: Enhance working environments and manage administrative duties. - General Administration: Support events, manage communications, documents, budgets, and administrative costs. - Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety checks and compliance with laws and regulations. - Communication: Facilitate communication between HQ and fulfillment centers, ensuring clear policy dissemination and issue resolution.
