We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang's expansion in Taiwan. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang's growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” What You Will Do - Lead a team of 5-7 members, overseeing performance tracking, allocating manpower based on project needs, and adjusting workflows to ensure efficiency and meet evolving requirements. - Track and report on key performance metrics for pricing projects, identifying trends and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance performance. - Evaluate process inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to optimize workflows and improve overall project outcomes. - Perform quality assessments on temporary staff output, delivering targeted training and coaching to address performance gaps and improve accuracy. Basic Qualifications - Proven experience in operational analysis or a similar role - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization software like Tableau - Strong attention to detail, with a patient, proactive mindset and independent problem-solving abilities -
