Key Roles & Responsibilities Liaise directly with global merchandising team for the approval of the local merchandising projects and clear understanding of the brands' global VM guideline, and bringing these to the local markets with right localization strategies in coordination with local teams Guide and input on store setups, resets and temporary animations in collaboration with internal and external partners Manage store development projects and identify contribute to designing the layout and presentation of store to achieve highest output in all merchandising projects in Korea Execution of the best-in-class retail counters and displays MANAGE STORE OPENING (Permanent project) Coordinate among internal & external stakeholders to ensure quality input and manage the Global approval process to meet project timelines Work
