Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment Country United States | Location New York - Empire State Building The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment will lead professional searches across functions in North America, partnering closely with business leaders and HR to secure top talent and ensure we have the bench strength to drive effective and efficient succession management. As a strategic advisor, embedded within the business, you will drive end-to-end hiring and lead recruiting efforts for executive level roles (Director level and higher) across multiple functions. You will play a critical role in executing recruitment strategy, optimizing recruitment processes, and elevating the candidate experience. You will attract, engage, and hire top talent, collaborating with business leaders to provide insights on job market trends to actively build a robust talent pipeline. Your deep expertise and market knowledge will s hape hiring strategies while ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director North America.
