The primary focus of this role is graphic design - creating, designing, resizing, and optimizing high‑quality digital assets that are fully aligned with brand guidelines and retailer requirements. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our E-Merchandising Assistant Manager, you play a critical role in supporting e‑merchandising content operations, ensuring assets and content are successfully implemented across product detail pages and key digital consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strong site merchandiser with excellent organizational, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting COTY's eCommerce Senior Manager, E-Merchandising & Digital Experience with the following: Audit, manage, and optimize content across US retailer digital product pages, including assets, videos, enhanced content, copy, user‑generated content, and ratings and reviews Manage new item set-up forms and support streamlined content submissions across US retailers Collaborate with US and global brand liaisons to ensure alignment with retailer requirements and content needs, sharing US learnings for best‑practice development Maintain and utilize PDP content implementation trackers, ensuring deadlines are met and escalating risks whe
