About this role

Customer Clearance Shanghai To ensure full compliance with customs policies, manage import and export customs clearance declaration and processing trade business. Daily operation for E-logbook maintenance, data comparison between ERP and E-logbook system, clearly define the material category, trouble shooting about daily operation with other functionality, such as planning, engineering, purchasing and forwarder. Day to Day Responsibility： E-logbook system daily maintenance, including BOM comparison, update according to ERP, implement monthly system comparison between ERP and E-logbook system. In-depth knowledge of customs laws, tariff policies, AEO compliance and foreign trade regulatory rules. Strong sense of responsibility, carefulness and risk awareness; capable of handling customs inquiries and abnormal clearance issues. HTS classification and apply for COO and FORM E. To handle import/export Customs clearance, including shipping documents verification, coordination with forwarder and broker for international transportation and clearance status control, cooridnation with relevant department for shipment delivery, operating logistics system for declaration data input and in charge of filing.
