About the Role CoreWeave is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Sr. Manager, Supplier Materials Management to lead a high-impact team responsible for supplier materials readiness across our rapidly scaling global infrastructure. This role owns the end-to-end supplier materials strategy across critical OEM/ODM partners, ensuring capacity alignment, supply continuity, and execution readiness in support of aggressive data center expansion. Operating at the intersection of Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure Deployment, this leader will shape long-range supply strategy, drive executive-level supply risk visibility, and build scalable processes that support CoreWeave's hypergrowth environment. This role combines organizational leadership, supplier strategy, and operational rigor. Key Responsibilities Organizational Leadership & Capability Building - Lead, develop, and scale a team of Supplier Materials Managers responsible for supplier execution and materials readiness. - Establish clear performance objectives, development plans, and succession strategies. - Build organizational capability in capacity planning, shortage mitigation, allocation management, and supplier performance analytics. - Design and standardize tools, dashboards, KPIs, and operational rhythms across the team. - Drive a
