What You'll Do: The Employment team, within Legal and Government Affairs (LGA), partners closely with the People team and business leaders to support CoreWeave's global workforce by delivering practical employment law guidance and building scalable, compliant employment frameworks across the jurisdictions in which we operate. In this role, you will advise on a broad range of U.S. and international employment law issues and help operationalize employment programs, policies, and practices that support a rapidly expanding organization. About the role: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Counsel, Employment , who will report to the Associate General Counsel, Employment , to advise on a broad range of employment law issues affecting CoreWeave's global workforce. You will partner closely with the People team, and collaborate frequently with other key stakeholders, including Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Corporate Development, and Securities, to address workforce issues, manage legal risk, and support consistent employment practices as CoreWeave continues to scale.
