What You'll Do: CoreWeave seeks a Senior Associate, Energy Markets to support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of power solutions that enable our rapidly growing data center platform. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, sitting at the intersection of energy markets, infrastructure development, and finance. The Senior Associate will play a critical role in assessing powered land and power access opportunities, supporting deal evaluation and contract execution, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure power solutions align with CoreWeave's technical, operational, and financial requirements. Core Responsibilities: Deal Evaluation & Financial Analysis - Lead detailed financial analysis and modeling for power and energy-related opportunities, including powered land, utility power access, and third-party power solutions. - Evaluate economics of power supply options, including utility service, self-build, and alternative or emerging power technologies. - Develop scenario analyses around pricing, timing, capacity, and risk to support investment decisions. - Prepare clear, data-driven investment memos, presentations, and materials for internal
