What You'll Do: The Corporate Development Associate will support our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Investor Relations (IR) efforts as we continue to scale as a public company. This role will be instrumental in executing equity-related capital markets activity, supporting investor engagement, and partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong experience from an investment banking background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help build and scale best-in-class capital markets and investor relations processes. In this role you will: - Support CoreWeave's equity capital markets activities , including public equity offerings, convertibles, and PIPE transactions - Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors (banks, legal counsel, auditors) throughout equity capital raises - Support ongoing engagement with sell-side and buy-side analysts , including preparation of key messaging, materials, coordination of meetings, regular direct dialogue, and follow-ups - Own and manage the corporate access calendar , including investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and
