About the Team IT Operations at CoreWeave is responsible for delivering a secure, reliable, and scalable technology experience for employees across the company. The team partners closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity. About the Role As an AV Operations Specialist, you will own the day-to-day experience of audio/visual technology across CoreWeave's offices and events. This role blends hands-on AV support, live event execution, and operational oversight , with a focus on delivering seamless in-room and hybrid collaboration experiences. You will be responsible for supporting conference rooms, coordinating and operating internal events, and continuously improving AV standards, tooling, and processes. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to translate event needs into reliable technical execution, while helping define scalable AV solutions as the company grows.
