Job Summary: Within established guidelines, performs various functions associated with packaging and distribution of contact lenses. Functions include operation of a packaging machine, picking orders (manual or automated), shipping orders, and packing of stock orders. These operations are of a repetitive nature and require training within the scope of an approved SOP. Works in a team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Verifies product is labeled accurately and conforms to quality standards by following SOP's. Performs packaging job functions, such as operating an automated packaging machine, machine set-up and adjustments, and changeovers. Performs activities such as directed product put away and directed picking utilizing RF guns and/or automated sorting equipment. Prepare orders for domestic shipment including checking for accuracy
