About this role

CoE Process Manager La Garita, Costa Rica The Supply Chain Process Manager will play a pivotal role in defining, implementing, and optimizing processes across the global organization. Working within the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE), this individual will build standardized processes, deploy enabling tools and systems, establish governance, train teams, and ensure consistent adoption of best practices. This role partners closely with Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, Logistics, Quality, IT, Commercial, and Manufacturing Operations. This role directly supports the Director, Supply Chain COE in driving governance, analytics enabled decision making, and global process harmonization aligned with the organization's strategic priorities. The Supply Chain Process Manager is responsible for the creation, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of end to end supply chain processes. This role ensures operational excellence by establishing standardized ways of working, deploying process enabling systems and tools
