Specialist Responsible Value Chain and External Requirements - CTBC Timisoara, , Romania Company Description: Job Description: Your role As a valuable team member of the Sustainability team for RVC and External Requirements, you are contributing with your strong analytical and communicative skills. Your guidance to global business partners in maintaining and continuously improving our Responsible Value Chain and External Requirements processes in ContiTech is key for our success. Key tasks: Coordinate and manage the annual CMRT/EMRT cycle, including timelines, data validation and governance in alignment with CT Purchasing Sustainability and relevant stakeholders Responsible for the timely maintenance and update of relevant sustainability information for ContiTech locations in relevant customer portals (e.g. NQC*) Ensure answering customer Sustainability questionnaires based on input from relevant stakeholders Drive the execution of the yearly EcoVadis questionnaire to ensure ContiTech Scorecard remains updated Proactively address sustainability stakeholders' requirements and develop corresponding solutions globally Develop strategies to continuously improve the efficiency of our internal processes (e.g., automatization of responding customer requests, self-service options) Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement and provide awareness of available solutions Coordinate customer sustainability audit requests and ensure information flows internally and to the customers (when required) Qualifications: Degree in business administration, engineering, sustainability related area or equivalent experience Min. 2 years prof. experience in engineering or business roles (e.g., project, purchasing, sales, quality, sustainability) 'Min. 2 years of experience in creating, improving, automating and/or rolling out standards/processes (e.g., policies, documentation, implementation, continuous improvement) with excellent communication and presentation skills First
