Job Description: How You'll Make an Impact Lead the implementation and adoption of standardized sequencing processes across plants through strong stakeholder engagement and targeted change initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by conducting regular process evaluations, defining strategic roadmaps, and ensuring sustainable process enhancements. Partner with plant sequencing teams, MSM, LKUs, RKUs, and cross-functional stakeholders (PO, PI, IE, PE, Production) to align on KPIs and elevate planning process maturity and efficiency. Act as a key influencer within the AM region sequencing community, fostering collaboration and contributing to the development of future standards. Own sequencing performance accountability, ensuring adherence to established standards
