Job Description: As an R&D Process and Regulations Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining local/regional R&D processes, documentation, and training. You will serve as a quality coach and support the execution of the global R&D strategy through the following key responsibilities: ▪ Develop and maintain the regional R&D strategy in alignment with the R&D management team, ensuring implementation of supporting tools, methods, and regulatory compliance ▪ Maintain and adapt the "Development process" as the core process for the business unit in the region ▪ Execute a sound master data strategy, ensuring global standardisation, adaptability, and regulatory compliance ▪ Safeguard compliance with chemical, legal, and safety regulations whilst maintaining alignment with local authorities ▪ Serve as the regional quality coach, implementing and training standardized quality tools (e.g. FMEA) and maintaining quality awareness standards ▪ Set up and maintain the R&D work infrastructure in the region, ensuring uniform understanding and proper administration of organizational policies ▪ Act as the regional regulatory representative and expert network contact for the business unit ▪ Support the chemical strategy development through cross-functional collaboration and maintain contact with development, sales,
