Job Description: ▪ Adheres to the stock strategy guidelines that is supplied by BA SCM and align with Plant SCM. Manage exceptions messages and review raw material requirements daily in MRP. ▪ Convert Purchase Reqs to Purchase Orders where needed. ▪ Analyzes raw material supply to ensure we are staying balanced with inventory. ▪ Responsible for monitoring of supply by ensuring confirmation on purchase orders following up on expected and late deliveries. ▪ Communicates with vendors to obtain product or service information, availability, and delivery schedule. ▪ Works closely with receiving, supply chain, finance, production and management. ▪ Provides good customer service to internal and external customers assisting
