Ingeniera/o de soporte técnico (Zona Centro–Norte) Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico What success looks like in this role: Lugar de trabajo / Cobertura: Atención a 3 sitios del cliente ubicados en Vallejo, Tlalnepantla y Colonia Nápoles. Tendrá contacto con usuarios finales que manejan equipos de IT Brindará soporte en actividades asociadas a la instalación, el diagnóstico, el mantenimiento y el servicio de productos relacionados con la computadora, incluidos, entre otros, computadoras de escritorio y portátiles, impresoras, dispositivos de red, software estándar y servidores de gama baja en los sitios del cliente y/o en ubicaciones de depósito. Las asignaciones varían en complejidad, desde la resolución de problemas y la reparación, hasta la reparación de dispositivos más difíciles, incluida la recarga y la creación de imágenes de PC/laptops, y la instalación y optimización de productos de red HW/SW. You will be successful in this role if you have: Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida en sistemas computacionales o afín; en su defecto TSU o carrera técnica concluida. 2-3 años de experiencia en atención de equipos de IT. Conocimientos en sistemas operativos y aplicaciones. Experiencia en plataformas ITSM (como ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy, etc.) bajo SLA. Inglés técnico.
