Job Description: Collecting and updating data on NPM(non production materials) material requirements. Placing and tracking existing orders and confirmations from suppliers. Monitoring deliveries (UIT) and escalating delays in case of identified risks. Checking stock levels for certain NPM categories (inventories in storage areas). Support in preparing KPIs for NPM and Material Planning. Data analysis on consumption, variations, trends. Participation in small process optimization projects (automation, standardization, data cleaning). Documentation of procedures and contribution to updating work instructions. Qualifications: University studies in progress (bachelor/master); Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; English language - intermediate/advanced level; Communicative and detail-oriented person; Willingness to work 8h/day, morning schedule.
