What you'll do - Own channel strategy: You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize the highest-impact partnership channels for Confido - including brokers, accounting firms, ERPs, and other strategic partners in the CPG ecosystem - Build partnerships from scratch: You will manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and deal closure, working cross-functionally with sales and business operations teams to convert partner opportunities into customers - Become a CPG ecosystem expert: You will develop deep knowledge of how brands, brokers, distributors, retailers, and service providers work together, positioning Confido as the essential infrastructure layer across these relationships - Drive revenue through partners: You will be accountable for sourcing high-quality opportunities through partner channels and maintaining ongoing relationships with partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of revenue growth What we're looking for Our ideal hire will have: - 3+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, investment banking, consulting, or investing with a track record of
