WHAT YOU'LL DO - You'll work across Implementation, Customer Success, and Product - Leverage deep technical & CPG industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance and support to existing customers, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of our software solutions - Partner with product development team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features based on CPG industry needs, market gaps, and client feedback - Serve as a primary CPG subject matter expert, translating complex business processes (cash application, deductions management, trade accruals, period close) into clear product requirements and user stories - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies, acting as trusted advisor on business process optimization and technology solutions - Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation to maximize software ROI and strengthen customer retention ABOUT YOU - 5+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods with demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: General
