THE ROLE Location: New York, NY (relocation assistance available) Compensation: Base salary between $150,000 and $200,000 + Benefits + Equity (.15% - .25%) We're seeking a seasoned demand planning professional from the CPG world to join us as a functional expert. In this unique role, you'll help bridge the gap between product, customer support, and go-to-market teams. You'll have outsized influence on how technology shapes the future of demand planning across the CPG landscape. You will report to the Head of Business Operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner with product and engineering team to inform roadmap priorities, validate designs, and ensure we're solving real CPG demand planning challenges - Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product insights - Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them to optimize workflows, solve challenges, and maximize platform value - Collaborate with sales & marketing teams on key go-to-market activities including discovery calls, content generation and educational
